MessageWhile we approve of increasing the Science & Technology budget, and possibly the Health & Social Services budget with the possibility of a devastating plague on the horizon, we don't approve of increasing anything else. Though we must admit, these are small enough changes that we might be able to vote yes. Hmm.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
