MessageCAM hopes this legislation meets with the approval of its brethren in other political parties and looks forward to working with other parties to bring this bill to fruition.

CAM made some minor changes that change the scope of this bill from its prior version. In particular, CAM asks all to note the new Article 3. CAM has been committed to Telamon taking care of problems at home first and as such Telamon should feel beholden to none but the people of Telamon. Telamon is a wise and just nation and will treat POWs accordingly. However, foreign powers have no right to instruct Telamon how to treat its POWs.
