| It is our sincere belief that 699 seats in the National Assembly is burdensome on the taxpayers of Rutania and makes it more difficult to work out majority's and calculate two thirds majority requirements. We believe 599 seats would make it easier, requiring 400 seats for a two thirds majority and 300 seats for a simple majority. |

If we simply cap our own salaries and maintain a modest and reasonable spending plan, additional representatives are not a real burden on the taxpayer. It is our defense budget we should re-examine first. It is TEN TIMES the size of any other single entry on our national budget. |
