Bill: Green Bill concerning the Number of Seats
Details
Submitted by[?]: Groene ArbeidersPartij
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2509
Description[?]:
The largest party after the last elections proposes a change to 185 seats. We agree that the number of seats should be reduced, since we think it is a big waste of money, that should better be spent on the welfare of our citizens. 185 doesn't look like a good number in our eyes, which is why we propose 201 seats. This is not such a big change, because 51% of this is 101, and 67% is 135. It's easier to overview, and since it's not even, there shouldn't be any unresolved bills. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
