Considering the recent attacks on government officials, the Assemblee Nationale decides the following about high treason: Article 1: Anyone or any organisation of Jelbanian nationality who helps the enemy in times of war is guilty of high treason. Article 2: Anyone or any organisation of Jelbanian nationality who declares war against the Government of Jelbania is guilty of high treason. Article 3: Anyone or any organisation of Jelbanian nationality who attacks a government official is guilty of high treason. Article 4: Anyone or any organisation of Jelbanian nationality who holds a private army or militia is guilty of high treason. Article 5: Any organization guilty of high treason is forbidden and membership in this organization shall be considered high treason. |
