| The Democratic Workers Party propose that five memorials will be built in honour of the four pro-democracy leaders who give their lives for this country, and honour for the citiziens of the Empire who suffered losses. The party leaders should also post-humously be declared Lord Guardian's of the Cedar Throne. |

The passing of this resolution will not provide those leaders with titles because honours nominations can only be made by the Head of Government or if none are made within 8 years, Her Majesty.
