MessageThey didn't achieve anything apart from dislike prison food. The passing of this resolution will not provide those leaders with titles because honours nominations can only be made by the Head of Government or if none are made within 8 years, Her Majesty. Also in the law, there is a limit of how many titles can be awarded within a certain amount of time.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.

Random quote: "I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers." - Ralph Nader
