Resolved that the Government establish a academy for the instruction of officers for the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon Revenue Cutter Service. The academy will be free of charge for approved candidates for a period of no later than 4 years. Successful completion of the proscribed course will be confer onto the graduate a commission in the UKBB Revenue Service. The academy will be located in the Iliathar Republic
