Bill: Foreign Policy Bill 2

Details

Submitted by[?]: Guds og Konges Kjemprene

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2511

Description[?]:

Getting rid of old and/or useless treaties.

1: It should be clear that we condemn corruption anyways, a treaty just makes us look like a nation that tries to hide its own corruptness.

2: This has nothing to do with democracy, and we're the only country that ratified it.

3: There is no reason for such a treaty whatsoever. If we want one day to decide against atomic energy, we should be free to do so.

4: This just looks like some kind of organisation that is either useless or designed to force its members to accept foreign law standards. In either way, there is no good reason why we should be part of this.
