Bill: DSP.037.2511 (Military Reform 1)

Details

Submitted by[?]: 帝国公明党 (Teikoku Kōmeitō)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2511

Description[?]:

A reform to military laws.

Article 1
It is completely redundant and a general waste of money to be building biological and/or chemical weapons when they are not allowed to be used. However we do believe that research into them is needed to make vaccines and cures in case another nation uses them against us.

Article 2
Having full shelters built across the country not only reduces the overall amount of money spent but also increases the amount of room in shelters fro the public.

Article 3
We do not believe nuclear weapons should be used unless they are the only last option.

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
