| Currently, the Sekowan Tenno has no power but to make global announcements. We believe that the Tenno, being the only individual elected directly by name by the majority of Sekowans, should hold slightly more influence. We therefore propose this bill. |

| Message | We have also noted that the Head of State has changed parties multiple times in the past few elections, while the Democratic Socailists Party has remained the largest party in Sekowo since February 2499, and they have thus had sole control over the cabinet for roughly the last 13 years, power which they have abused by disenfranchising some of the most influential parties in Sekowo. |

| Message | No. While we may have been the largest party for awhile, that's because the people like us. Besides in the past the Head of State has been the same just as long as the largest party. Further more the current Tenno is just fine with her powers. |
