| As it stands the majority of money we allocate to the military simply goes back to the people because 75% of it is not used. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, we in an effort to both increase the strength of our military and reduce taxes, would like to institute a military spending plan to take place over the next thirty years, at the end of which the amount of money provided to the Defence Ministry will be lowered. The spending plan would be thusly; -2512 to 2522: The 300 billion SEK from this decade be spent on the Air Force. -2522 to 2532: The 300 billion SEK from this decade be spent on the Navy. -2532 to 2542: The 300 billion SEK from this decade be spent on the Army. -2542 to 2545: Spending costs normalized and reduced in preparation of reduction of funds, -2545: The amount of money the Ministry of Defence receives annually be reduced from 30 billion to 16 billion until otherwise needed to be increased. |

| Message | In order to keep each branch of the military in working order during each decade, we shall have to vote this down. However, if the DSP were to make another bill, allocating 20 billion SEKs to a single branch for each decade, and then the remainder to the others, split evenly between both, that we might pay our servicemen, and have money for repairs etc., we would not hesitate to support that bill. |
