Bill: New Justice Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Parti Libertaire

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 2513

Description[?]:

1) The delusion that illegal aliens are a special threat national security needs to end. Whether or not they are from another nation, we can penalize them like anyone else if they break our laws.
2) No one, not even the police have the right to take the lives of others. We have proper weapons these days that we can use nonlethal for just as effectively. The requirement for weapons is extremely rare anyway.

MessageThe people will remember those who leave their protectors naked to the attacks of others. The next "routine" traffic stop that leaves an officer (not to mention a father, mother, sister, brother, son, or daughter) dying in the street because they could not fight back due to this law is on all the shoulders of all parties that support this bill.

We have said it once, and we shall say it again: FOR SHAME!

MessageSince when was there a violent attack on the streets of Atyr or any other city? We took care of crime long ago and the peace and prosperity (not to mention progress) that we've been making means that this measure will only do good to keep all Kanjorans free.

MessageIf lethal weapons were necessary, perhaps we would endorse them.
When that day comes, we may perhaps decide to hold hand with the DPUF.

TODAY IS NOT THAT DAY.

MessageOh how dramatic we are.
And sometimes real bullets are necessary.
Especially when dealing with troublesome illegals.
SHOOT THEM I SAY!
