Compulsory National Service for all school leavers. School leavers aged 16 must complete a year's NS in order to gain an employment certificate allowing them to get a job. School leavers aged 18 must complete a year's NS too to qualify for a university place. This bill will instil discipline, respect and ingenuity in the nation's population. |
