Old value:: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Current: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.

Old value:: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.

| Message | We like the bill but: 1) Aloria's budget is emaciated. There's no funding for full tuition subsidies. 2) There's certainly no money for that sort of radical increase in military personel. We'll vote yes for this bill when Aloria's budget is large enough to pay for it. |
