| With the recent Civil War over, yet tensions still bubling under the surface, we feel the nations military needs to be strengthened, to protect our citizens. We also draw everyone's attentian to the anti religion militants currently residing in Sekowo (see the Sekowan News Network o nthe forums). Our citizens need protecting from such evil discrimination. We also seek to strengthen once again our nation's deterent capabilities, by allowing the production for use in military emergencies, of chemical weapons. |

Old value:: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.

| Message | We are not entirely sure we trust the DSP to safely moniter the group, as the DSP has a, if you will forgive us for saying so, less than steller record of religious tolerance. Why are we allowing ANY military group aimed at geting rid of any way of life to function with in our borders? |
