CONSIDERING that the PBN has refused to disband its private army.
WHEREAS the keeping of a private army is high treason according to Article 4 of the High Treason Act.
THEREFORE considering that there exists a reasonable suspicion that the PBN and its leaders are guilty of high treason.
The Assemblee Nationale calls upon the government to arrest the leaders of the PBN and charge the PBN and its leaders of high treason. |

PBN has openly disobeyed and ignored a law passed by Assemblee in regards to its private militia. We cannot grant PBN immunity in this case or allow its leaders to disregard the law of our nation. In addition, they have openly condoned violence in the past. Allowing them to keep their private militia and remain a legitimate political party will further create an atmosphere of fear in which free speech could be suppressed and poltical leaders could be succesfully assassinated.
We completely disagree with Démocrates de la Gauche who wish to characterize this proposal as a power grab by FDP. This has nothing to do with personal glorification or an attempt to gain power. Diverse parties like FDP, the Socialists, and our party support the arrest of PBN leaders because they are making a mockery of our rule of law and refusing to support the will of our Assemblee. |

The act is intended to protect Jelbanian democracy against traitors. The fact that the PBN has a private army very worying because they can start a armed revolt or create a own state within Jelbania. Actually, it seems the PBN is trying to do that in Perimor and Turadad, these PBN controlled provinces have decided to work together with the PBN's militia. Armed revolt is also very likely because recently half of its central committee voted for armed revolt. In the interest of democracy and safety we should not tolerate the PBN any longer! |

This isn't an abuse of power, the conservation of a private army is an abuse of power.
We have asked many times the dissolution of this army, but the PBN have always refused. A leftist party should fight with words, not with weapons.....but on this issue they are marxist.....and for this reason we should tolerate a private army in Jelbania? There is no need for a private army, and his existence is an open violation of the law. The situation is very simple , the PBN must dissolve their army.....they have the unity of the left in their hands , if they accept a peaceful debate and the protection of the police like all the normal citizens of Jelbania, we ( all the left ) could have an easy victory and govern this country with a large majority. If they don't accept this simple condition, they waste a one-time occasion. |

This is only your opinion, because you have a great prejudice . The UCC is not a rightist party, and supported the battle against fascism , militarism and fanatism long time before your birth. Differences on religious matters are not sufficient to damn totally their politics and define them as rightist , as the fact that in many cases your prejudices compromised the victory of the left ( in many elections you don't respect the accords and give the victory to the right) are not sufficient to define you a rightist party. |
