|Government takes a more active stance in discouraging vice and protecting the virtue of the Alorian State. Seeks still to permit and tolerate, to keep Aloria a free nation, but merely insists that the government should not encourage it. Devolves most issues in the bill to local governments as they are mostly local government issues, while encouraging those local governments to take a more combtative stance towards public vice, while attempting to keep the Television airwaves clean.|
Old value:: There are no laws with regards to public nudity, it is allowed.
Current: Public nudity is illegal, but private nudist colonies and beaches are permitted.
Proposed: Public nudity laws are left to local governments.

Old value:: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Current: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Proposed: Prostitution regulation decisions are left up to local governments.
Old value:: There are no laws regarding obscene public acts.
Current: There are no laws regarding obscene public acts.
Proposed: Local governments may regulate laws on public acts of affection and obscenity.
Old value:: All sexually explicit material is allowed on television.
Current: All sexually explicit material is allowed on television.
Proposed: Sexually explicit material is not allowed, but nudity that is not sexually explicit is.
