Article 5-The RSP sees the rise in STD's in recent years and the spread of deadly infections such as AIDS , we must make contraception accessible to all citizens of Aldegar to prevent this spread . Article 6-While the RSP supports full government funding and control . We must take into consideration the neo-liberal agenda of the LP and the PCP to keep anything private and away from people control , but surely they know sports clubs should at least have some funding from the state to provide facilities and trainers to kids and keep them off the street . Article -7 Health care is a right to all rich or poor and quality of health should not be determined by wealth , everyone is entitled to full world class health (Not just the rich) Article 8-Children must be protected from all forms of exploitation by employers and must be given special rights regarding employment . Article 9- Energy cannot be trusted in the hands of private unregulated companies and should be nationalized without question under democratic workers control .
