1) It is illegal for employers to discriminate against employees on grounds of if they are members of trade unions or no.

2)It is illegal to strike bust (Use Police to arrest strikers, employ scabs)

3) It is illegal to fire workrers for striking

4)All trade unions must have a secert ballot of there members before going on strike

5)Strikers must not initidate other workers who choose to work

6)Employers and Workers must not intimidate workers who are on strike

MessageNot really, that law only states that employers cannot fire workers who are members of trade unions, not that they cannot refuse to employ them in the first place. I'm still voting yes though.

MessageHmmm....not sure about this. If the health service decide to do a wildcat strike what will we do!? We can't even fire them - despite the fact it's illegal for workers which are vital to strike. We'd be in uproar, they'd get away with breaking the law sans punishment in any form.
