| we currently lack identity cards, and without them we have a hard time identifiying individuals. Therefore, we should issue such and make it so that everyone has their identity card, in order to identify them if they die or there is an emergency of some sort. |

| Message | Humans Freedom? To live and breathe? to have a standard of living? to have shelter? Please may the Freeholders inform the senate as to what Human Freedoms Vanuks have? As for restriction fo these freedoms i see not how this will have any different effect to freedom more then a car driver having to carry a drivers ID or a Police Officer carrying a ID. The Citizens are issued with this Card so theres no expenses on there part and they just carry it with them at all times... like most people do with phones or wallets. |
