Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| This is a possible coalition cabinet, which will at least replace the ministers from the KGB. While it is not representative, it is a start. Perhaps a new cabinet can be formed after the next general elections which will be more unified. |

| Message | OOC: Honestly it doesn't matter to me. The important thing is that almost half of our current cabinet is made up of ministers from an inactive party. I'll start the voting procedure and see if we can get a new cabinet in place until the next election. |
