MessageThis means that the upper and middle income earners pay for the low income earners to be treated for free, whilst they pay for their own treatment!

This adversely affects the middle class: the rich can afford to go private anyway, the poor get free medical treatment, but the middle class are stuck paying for the poor and for themselves. I think that this bill, should it pass, would be an outrage.
