Bill: New Consitution proposal

Details

Submitted by[?]: NeoSocialist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2107

Description[?]:

We propose to bring around some of the reforms already proposed years ago but we realize that instead of amending the constitution we'd prefer to call for a new one.

We think that it should contain:

1) Abolition of the Emir position

2) An Head of state democratically elected from the people. While we'd like to make the Head of Government the Head of State we realize its controversial for us to propose and thus we'd prefer to keep the two powers divided yet. We hope that the fact that they are both representative power of the commons, they will acted as a united force.

3) The government employees cannot be part of any political party and have to promise political indipendence.

Random fact: Large scale RP planning (such as wars, regional/continental conflicts, economic collapse, etc.) should be planned (as best as it can be) and should have consent of a majority of players involved.
