Message | Devolution of powers to local governments leaves the citizens of Darnussia in a postcode lottery; whilst a nationalised system should be overseen by local governments, it is the job of the central government to fund and coordinate the actions of that group. Worse, profit driven companies could be appointed in some locales, putting citizens at the mercy of the corrupt capitalist system. |
Date | 15:31:52, January 20, 2008 CET | From | Loyalistische Partei | To | Debating the Waste Reform |
Message | Local Governments need no more power. Last time we had powerfull local governments Darnussia was nearly sent into a civil war. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
