Message | In our opinion, no citizen should be allowed to own a firearm of any sort. At the very lest, they should be thoroughly licensed, ballistically fingerprinted and databased. |

Message | Great, that way only criminals can get guns and the individual will be unable to defend himself. |
Date | 18:44:01, January 22, 2008 CET | From | New-Revolutionary Communist Party (NRCP) | To | Debating the Gun laws |
Message | If citizens are tooled up, then even petty criminals will be tooled up. If the police are tooled up, then so will more serious criminals. In the UK, almost nobody carries a gun (those that do are way in the country and own most of the land, worse luck) and very few people die from gun deaths. Guns are almost the only thing available to the public which are designed purely for the purpose of killing. There is no excuse for allowing them to exist. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
