| I was reading through the original bill, and I have a problem with Article IV. Article IV currently reads: IV) No military intervention, or deployment of forces to a combat role outside of Jakania may be allowed without approval from the Supreme Governor, the Prime Minister, the Defence Minister, the Foreign Affairs Minister, and 50% of the Supreme Council. I propose that it is changed to the following: IV) No military intervention, or deployment of forces to a combat role outside of Jakania may be allowed without approval from the Supreme Governor, the Prime Minister, the Defence Minister, the Foreign Affairs Minister, and a 60% majority of the Supreme Council. |
