Bill: Restoration of the Ultra-Kibbutzim: Part 1
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2521
Description[?]:
ARTICLE II: Adoption means that children will simply be thrown from their blood family and into the arms of complete strangers. Whilst we accept that the adoptive parents are probably quite capable or raising the children it stands to reason that the state can do a better job. As such any child that a family wishes to put up for adoption shall be instead incorporated into an Ultra-Kibbutz. http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=559 |

Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning adoption.
Old value:: Adoption is strictly regulated by the government. Only by passing several tests and by following an intensive program applicants can adopt children.
Current: Adoption policy is to be established by local governments.
Proposed: Adoption is illegal.
