Message	Greetings to our friends in the Kirlawa Confederacy. We wonder on what grounds anyone can claim that Peghonai was stolen by anyone, least of all by the Kundrati Union. It was never invaded and was never forced to join the Kundrati Union. And if the mere fact of the change of possession is enough to warrant claims of theft, then we are left to wonder how your nation came to control the provinces of Merkan, Nuchtmark, and Dirguzia. They were not part of your nation at the time of your election in November 2034. We also wonder why you seem so concerned about the "theft" of Peghonai, but not of you other missing provinces - Chontaloia and Ultran. The fact of the matter is that there is no stolen land. Let us stop this pointless saber rattling - from both sides.
