MessageWhile we certainly think this is a step in the right direction for the DSP, we would have liked something more democratic.

MessageWe make no bones about it, we do not tak any kind of democratic system into account when choosing a cabinet, we choose based on who we feel would do an atleast adequate job.

MessageIf this fails (it looks like it will) we will try for one more unity cabinet excluding the parties that vote against it, and if that fails, well than we tell unity to shove it.

MessageWe get one position and yet the SCP and the DSP get 3 each? The USMC get 2 and we have many more seats than them! The DSP can go shove it, the threats of excluding those who vote against carries no bones with us when this does not reflect the democratic will of the people.

In fact, this is an affront to democracy! After all, not representing how people voted in the cabinet is surely an affront to democracy if reducing the number of seats is.

But I know the DSP will disagree.

MessageThe cabinet is no way meant to be a reflection of the will of the people, as it does not have to be chosen democratically.

We have, in an effort to create a unity government provided ALL parties positions based on who we feel would do the best job.

MessageWho you feel would do the best job is completely biased, but then again, you think you own this country.
