Message | Yes, all new parties must follow Jakanian law stated above or your proposals are null and void for voting. The Sensible Bill Act of 2488 is a super-majority passage bill. We are compelled to vote no... |

Message | Read it SMSP! It is the law, passed by every party in Jakania. The law first, squabbles over a bill second. So I urge the law-abiding parties of Jakania to vote no because this bill has broken the Sensible Bills Act of 2488. ________________________________________________________________________________________ SMSP, Jakania is probably one of the most secular nations in Terra. Ever hear of "freedom of choice". If morality is what you are seeking, the best way to accomplish that is through the individual. Heck, a parent would have common sense not to let pornography be seen or searched by minors. But article 3 does have some of the party willing to back it. Article 2 has nothing to do with the other two article except by religious reasons. |

Message | Yes, I humbly ask you that you do abide by the Sensible Bills act. We cannot force you, but the parties who voted yes (all parties with seats in the Council voted yes on that bill) more or less agreed to vote no on bills that have articles from each individual section |

Message | SMSP could propose the removal of the Sensible Bills Act of 2488, but we doubt such support could be found to remove it. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
