This bill aims to make Port Aloria in Krentori as the new capital of Aloria. Comparing the economic profile of Port Aloria, Krentori to the economic profiles of the other cities (particularly the workforce, employment rate, and income distribution) led us to the conclusion that Port Aloria is the more progressive city in Aloria and thus deserves to be the new capital city of Aloria.

We believe that in judging which city deserves to be the capital city, population should not be the only basis for judging but also the progress made in the city.
