Bill: Centralization of Executive Authority to Maximize Efficiency

Details

Submitted by[?]: Supporters of Science in Design (IP)

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2522

Description[?]:

The maintenance of two chief executive actors (the Maharaja and the Ouparath) can make for incoherent government actions. For the sake of giving the Maharaja more discretion to pass his mandates with, it is time to combine the roles into one unified authority.

May the wills of the Maharajas be done.

MessageAs the Maharaja I can not support this bill. For the sake fo the people, power should not be so consolodated. It is all for good when the leadership is good, but it can also be all for evil.

Random quote: "It makes no difference, in principle, if this 'collective will' is divined by the edicts of a dictator or by majority vote, so long as the rights of the individual may still be sacrificed." - Robert Garmong
