Message | This bill eliminates the corporate tax, which is non-transparent, regressive, and discourages savings, investment, and entrepreneurship by removing incentive to profit and often double-taxing capital. This increase in the sales tax is more transparent, can omit non-essential goods, increases incentive to save, and more than replaces the revenue lost from eliminating the corporate tax. |
