Bill: New Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Coalition for National Unity [CNU]

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2522

Description[?]:

The CMP has launched a new initiative to promote more individual freedom. This new policy of opening up the tight and riddiculously overbearing legislation concerning ownership of Private cars is our first step in this programme.

The CMP maintain that the current legislation is control of the individual by the state, and partly responsible for the need to decentralise the government, and to devolve power back to a local or individual level.

The closer the power is to the people, the stronger the people. What we are looking at here, is a good, sensible alternative to an unreasonably dominating bill. The allowance of Private car ownership shall ensure that the people of Solentia are freer, as well as dramatically improving our economy.

Thank You.
-Shadow Secretary of State for Infrastructure and Transport: Harrison Knights

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
