| Message | We propose this change as we feel it better reflects the nature of the Council. Each people (electorate) have a leader (who they elect in the triennial elections) which is analogous to the Chieftain of that people. These Chieftains gather together in a Council, to submit acts to the Great Chieftain who must assent to them. In addition, it means our national legislature will no longer sound like it's from a rubbish television show. |
