Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Description[?]:
The mandatory issuing of identity cards will help provide a common identification method (e.g. during voting, visiting a hospital, applying for a bank loan, etc.). Easier to ask for two pieces of I.D., easier to train employees to detect fraudulent cards and thus best to catch people trying to commit illegal activities in Sekowo. |

Message | We're not really sure how to vote on this. While we would be opposed to people having to carry there ID with them all the time to be checked for no reason, we do like the idea of an all purpose (as in driver's licence, medical card etc.) card being given to everyone. |
Date | 10:28:28, January 28, 2008 CET | From | Normand Pluralist Party | To | Debating the CP.0012.2522 Identity Card Bill |
Message | We can certainly see both sides of this issue. We are tentatively voting against, as we don't see an immediate need for this, or are being willfully ignorant. |

Message | May we ask you all on the fence to vote yes, as this is a good compromise between the sides. |
