Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

I believe we should change this rule due to the fact that I do not believe in publishing proven falsehoods as the current value reads: "Current: There are no content regulations; the media may publish anything, even proven falsehoods." There are: 46 countries that agree with me in this (I include all those that do not allow falsehoods to be published) |

Message | We aren't limiting freedom of speech. Posting something untrue for a nation to here is unthoughtful and Having hate speech is rude. I believe that if there was an advertisement that had hate speech on it is unnecessary. "Freedom of speech" has nothing to do with it! |

Message | you are limiting the freedom of speech for those who have those extremist belifes. The freedom of speech isent in place to protect popular speech, its there to protect the unpopular things that some people agree on. People are politicly diverse, and there will always be someone with extremist thoughts and ideas both left and right of the political spectrum, and they should have the same right to advocate there belifs as people who hold more commenly accepted political belifs. |

Random fact: RP laws follow the same passing rules as in-game variable laws. Laws that are not of a constitutional nature require a simple majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. Laws that are of a constitutional nature require a 2/3 majority "Yes" vote from active parties currently holding seats. RP laws may be abolished a simple majority vote this applies to ANY RP law. |
