Progressive Reforms to Health laws.

Article 1;
We are against the denying of rights to women.
We do not consider something Human life until it has at the very least a 70% chance of surviving outside of the womb, and therefore abortions up until that point should be allowed.

Article 2;
We consider it a responsibility of the government to provide free contraceptives to any and all who want them.

Article 3;
We believe that only small regulated private clinics should be allowed to exist, to make sure that people receive the best Healthcare possible.
