| First Set of Articles: 1. An immediate cessation of hostilities against Zardugal 2. Reincorporation of Saqueya into the Zardugali Federation and the disbandment of the Independent State of Saqueya and the governing Saqueya Patriotic Assembly 3. Reorganization of the Silvershirts, temporarily, into a public-service outfit that will contribute to the reconstruction of affected areas, primarily on the Saqueya border, until reconstruction is considered complete 4. The Saiserist League will pay for one-fifth of the reconstruction costs (two-fifths to be shouldered by the Cavalier and Rald Party's in whatever division they see fit, the remaining two-fifths to be shouldered by the central government) 5. Compensation to be paid to the family of the late Lord Broughton, the only non-military victim of the Saqueya Patriotic Assembly Second Set of Articles: 1. Complete amnesty for all League members, including, and particularly, Our Saiser. Our Saiser is our absolute and only leader, and is unlikely to agree to any accord that exempts him 2. Recognition that neither the former central government consisting of the Saiserist League, HCPZ, and now-defunct Order of the Illuminati, nor the current government in Saqueya, were criminal regimes. This does not mean recognition of the justice of Saiserist rebellion, merely the recognition that it is not a criminal regime 3. Aid from Rald and other government troops in the reconstruction effort, so the effort is not solely nor primarily borne by the Silvershirts 4. Legal recognition, in exchange for legal compensation for tragic death payable to the spouse or closest living relative, that the death of Lord Broughton was not the legal fault of the Saiser, leaving the current regime without a single non-military victim (excluding those who died of varied reasons in the camps) 5. Government permission to allow the Silvershirts to reorganize themselves into a paramilitary organization following the conclusion of the reconstruction effort, for the purposes of military-style parades and protection of Saiserist events and individuals. |
