MessageWe feel it is the governments responsibilty to protect people from the dangers of second hand smoke. I am a smoker and I have no problem with going to special smoking areas or outside for a smoke.

MessageTo me the public locations ban is a ban from smoking everywhere except private property. The Bill is for smokers to be allowed to smoke in public, like in a park. The proposal says locations, not public buildings.

MessageSeems like the only ones with votes that matter are the oens with seats. I think the early elections is the right thing.

MessageIf we created special 'smoking sections' they would no longer be classed as public. Therefore, the parks could have smoking zones. If someone is there with their kids, they will not want a smoker to ruin the air in the area.
