Message	As the UBP has stated, it does seem hypocritical that the law be reversed, especially as it has not be proved that the modification to the existing legislature has been a failure. For this reason alone, we cannot support changing this legislature again until such time that it is proven that the current legislature is at fault.

As to why this proposal should be enforced.Researchers and or artists will firstly loose interest in producing any new operas/ideas and furthermore will will subjective to emigration proaganda of other nations thus reducing the culture and technolgy of Hobrazia.

Message	Apologies to the UCT. We were not refering to them as being hypocritical, rather agreeing with the point made by the UBP to the PPOL. However, we again reiterate our statement. Until there is a proven flaw with the given legislature, we see no reason for it to be modified. We see no reason that artists or researchers should loose interest in producing these things as they usually produce these things for the love of doing so. With the current system, people are able to build upon technologies that already exist without fear of being sued or anyone complaining about them carrying out their work. Rather, their works are in the public domain for all to enjoy.

Message	We do not disagree with recognition of the works by Artist, however, even without copyright artists such as Van Gogh and Picasso would still be recognisable as the first incarnations of these styles.
