Considering that Jelbania also has a large English speaking minority.
Therefore concluding it to be odd and an anomaly that all cities have Jelbek names.
The Assemblee Nationale decides the following:

The cities of Perimor shall be renamed in:
Fontenay instead of Frtoékrmjko
Bergerac instead of Drtáréksrne
Domura instead of Jeztridomura
Baofluz keeps its name

Article 2:
The cities of Nemawar shall be renamed in:
Orneriton instead of Ornaéhrne
Lofchester instead of Lorfrkadéstad
Liberty City instead of Nrktaésrtràp
Nemasborough instead of Nrlakhydwas

Article 3:
The cities of Baniray shall be renamed in:
Bourg-Valognes instead of Nrlakhydwas
Fleuve de la Ban instead of Ferséfluz
Calvaire instead of Zwitkostrhosí
Pntezistat keeps its name

The cities of Rilmos shall be renamed in:
