MessageJust because there is 'no need' for something doesn't mean it should be illegal. There is no need for beer or pork chops, mmm.... beer and pork chops, but that doesn't mean we make them illegal. How about toys, kids can survive without toys, let's make them illegal.

Besides, in a healthy capitalistic economy, trades unions are no danger. If the employees go on strike, the firm can simply sack them for breach of contract (and as the employee is in breach, the employer does not have to pay severance pay or suchlike) and replace them with other people.
