MessageIf the members of a congregration feel that their minister is worthy of their support, is it the right of the government to tell them they cannot pay him? Is it not their money being used for that comphensation? Do they not have the right to spend their hard earned Liks on what they want?

MessageIf we don't allow people to earn the money, they will still do the work, as a matter of faith. Thoer 'flocks' won't let them starve, so they'll end up with un-registered income, in the form of gifts and suchlike.

We can't tax that.

All this Bill will do is loose is the revenue on taxing that income. It won't have any real impact on the religions themselves, although it might diminish the amount they spend on charitable works...
