Bill: Bill SEP-39 Right to Life Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Progressive Democratic Alliance

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2108

Description[?]:

Bill SEP number 39: "Right to Life" Act, drafted at the Rally for the Republic Convention.

This bill hereby will end all drafting and conscription from the national lawbooks. Conscription is a breach of basic human rights, it imposes on people an activity they do not wish to do and separates them from their loved ones. It is understandable that national service has many good points such as building up co-operation and devotion to Darnussia in our people but if a few do not want to participate or want to assist Darnussia in a different way, they should not be forced to. Not everyone agrees to one point of view and we must not enforce anything people do not desire on them. If people do not want to serve or go to war then they should not be forced to.

As the title of this bill says, we must respect the basic human right to living their lives of all people.

MessageCoL is a hyprocrite, they support constription in one bill and then vote against it in another, we will reconsider our endorsement of CoL and look towards a more coherant party that does not support consription in any forms

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI).

Random quote: "Blah blah blah- I'm more of a Leftist than all you puppets... You support cops beating people down and kicking out all the foreigners..." - Omar al-Khali, former Kalistani politician
