MessageThis hasn't come up in awhile so we shall state our belief on the matter. We think the differnt laws in differnt zones shall allow people from one zone to buy fireowkrs not allowed there when they go to another zone. While we think fireworks handled like this are dangerous, we have a further point to convince those who do not. At the very least this system is very inefficent. To be efficent at all there must be atleast some federal organization to deal with it.

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law.
