Description[?]:
Due to the current tensions between political blocs and the Islamists. The KSP hereby calls for a curfew to be set in the Kuchifey emirate. No one shall be allowed out of their homes between the hours of 8pm and noon. Anyone violating this policy will be detained by KLC militia forces. |

Old value:: Local governments may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.
Current: No-one may use streets or public property beyond the curfew time.
Proposed: Local governments may set curfews, but national government does not.
