Message | Criminalizing prostitution will only drive it deeper underground and cause more dangerous situations. The full light of day is the only thing that can keep this seedy business sanitary. |

Message | As long as this is legal, it will keep being some sort of "easy way" (as I believe some think) out for the poor in our nation. Just look how it is now, I bet most of the prostitutes aren't doing it out of free will, they are doing it because they have to. If we make it illegal and offer help to those who want to, they might be able to get other jobs, that are much safer and more contributing to the state (more tax incomes). Yes, this might sound expensive, but the treatment of STDs and abortions isn't really free either. And yes, it would probably continue as an underground business, but it would not be as profitable as it is now since the number of customers would decrease. |

Message | Well, this is a tough deceision. Prostitution is perhaps you could say a 'medication' or a 'soother' for the sex fiend, so instead of raping a woman/man they turn to the prostitute for the sex. On the other hand it does do more damage to the community than it looks and causes more pregnancy, the majority of prostitutes take drugs and other bad habits which aren't good for them. If they do have a, accidental, baby then it could lead to child abuse or other illegal actions. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
