| We feel that rather than conscription, we should raise the pay and benefits received by soliders. That way Sekowo's army can be streamlined, with competent, highly trained and motivated soldiers, with out having to deal with the financial burdens of taining people who don't really want to be there. This measure is being put in place due to the lack of international conflict at the moment. In the event of war, we shall reintroduce conscription, as we can never allow Sekowo to be weak. This bill simply molds our military to be more effective in the situation in currently faces. Article 2. That all volentary army personal receive a 25% pay increase, which will be payed for out of the money saved by ending conscription. |
