An Act to establish the Anglican Church of Pontesi:

Her Royal Highness, the Empress of the Dynastic Pontesian Empire, will undertake the role of 'Defender of the Faith'. Her duties will include:
a) Appointing the Archbishop of Victoria and the Archbishop of Oxminster. For appointing the bishops of Wessex, Murlowe and Lerna.
b) Perform any other duties she deems necessary to provide symbolic leadership of the Church of Pontesi and its followers.

A council to be known as the 'August Council of Synod' will be established and will consist of 3 members: Chairman, Applications Officer and Political Officer. Her Royal Highness, the Empress of the Dynastic Pontesian Empire, will select the membership of this committee from a submitted list of forwarded candidates. The role of the committee will be to consider the individuals suitable for high office in the Church of Pontesi.
